These Terms govern your purchase and use of trivia games from bullfrogtrivia.com. By buying or using a game, you agree to them.
What you're buying
You're buying a license to access and host a digital trivia game for your own event — at a bar, party, office, fundraiser, classroom, or similar — during your access window. You can run it as many times as you like in that window.
License & restrictions
- Your purchase is for your own hosting use. The private access link is for you — please don't post it publicly.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, repackage, or publish the game's questions, answers, or materials, or use them to create a competing product.
- The content is protected by copyright and provided for entertainment use at your events.
Access window
Access is time-limited (currently 14 days per purchase). You can recover your link anytime via “Find My Games.” See our Sales & Access Policy for help and extensions.
Payment & refunds
Prices are in U.S. dollars and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because games are delivered instantly, all sales are final — see the Sales & Access Policy.
Trademarks & affiliation
Our games are unofficial, fan-made trivia for entertainment. Any names, characters, shows, films, brands, or trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners. Bullfrog Trivia is not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those rights holders.
Hosting your event
You're responsible for your own event, including any venue requirements and any music or public-performance licensing that may apply where you play (for example, music used in the music round). We provide the game; how you run it is up to you.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The games and site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
