All sales are final. Bullfrog Trivia games are digital products delivered instantly — the moment your payment clears, you receive immediate access to the complete game, including all questions and answers. Because the full product is delivered and usable right away, we do not offer refunds.

But we want your trivia night to go great

If you run into a technical problem running your game — it won't load, an image or round won't display, or your access link isn't working — please reach out. We'll help you troubleshoot, and if needed we can extend your access window so a technical hiccup never costs you your event.

Your access window

Each purchase includes a private link that works for 14 days. You can run the game as many times as you like in that window.
Lost your link? Use “Find My Games” on the homepage to have it re-sent to your purchase email.
If your link has expired or you need more time for a scheduled event, contact us and we'll work with you.

How to reach us

Email support@bullfrogtrivia.com with the email address you purchased with and the game name, and we'll take care of you.

This policy applies to purchases made at bullfrogtrivia.com. Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
