This Privacy Policy explains what information Bullfrog Trivia (“we,” “us”) collects when you use bullfrogtrivia.com and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Your email address — when you buy a game (so we can send your access link and receipt), when you use “Find My Games,” or if you choose to leave it with a game suggestion.
• Purchase information — processed by Stripe. We receive a record that a purchase was made (game, amount, status) but we never see or store your full card number.
• Anonymous usage analytics — basic, first-party page-view counts to understand what's popular. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising profiles.
• Standard technical logs — like most websites, our hosts keep routine server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• Deliver your game and access link, and send your receipt.
• Respond to support requests and game suggestions.
• Operate, secure, and improve the store.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share only what's necessary with trusted providers that run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (sending email), Supabase (database/backend), and Netlify (web hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies

We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are anonymous and first-party.

Your choices

You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@bullfrogtrivia.com. Note we may need to keep certain purchase records for legal and accounting purposes.

Children

The store isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
